2003 Fundraiser raised over $9000 for the Society.
Society president Rick Francona
credits the successful fundraiser to the efforts of the Society board and
fundraising committee, specifically noting the efforts of Ed and Nancy
Dowdy, Emily Francona, Barbara Breuer, Nancy Angelesco, Anita Thomas and
Jim and Karen Auborn. The Heritage Society wishes to thank all the
artists and merchants who donated merchandise, services, cash contributions
and their time to this event, and to our membership for their continued
support. Special thanks to the Port and Starboard Restaurant (Frank,
Bonnie and David Smith and Sonja Mason) and the Port Orford Rotary for
fine food and beverages, and to bartenders Owen Miller and David Smith
for donating their tips to the boat fund. |
